ESS maintains a good working relationship with the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, Department of Environmental Quality, Department of Transportation, as well as other state agencies. ESS will assist client in complying with all existing local, state, and federal regulations regarding remediation, including completion of all regulatory requirements and financial reimbursement from the Oklahoma Corporation Commission (OCC) Petroleum Storage Tank Division (PSTD) Indemnity Fund. ESS, LLC guarantees client 100 % reimbursement, less the deductible, for all cleanup expenses if client maintains eligibility requirements with the OCC PSTD Indemnity Fund.
Our interdisciplinary staff has managed a variety of complex environmental projects in areas including environmental assessments, rapid response remediation capabilities, risk assessments, underground storage tank management, air, soil, and groundwater monitoring, assistance with compliance of federal and state regulations, analytical services, design and implementation of soil and groundwater remediation systems for corrective action and preparation of permit applications.
ESS field staff hold an OSHA 40-hour training certificate for Hazardous Waste Operations. ESS is also an Oklahoma Licensed Driller with Drilling equipment for Push/Pull continuous soil/groundwater sampling, including installation of monitor wells for the rapid delineation of soil and groundwater contamination.
